You may update your information where applicable. If no matching record is found, you will have the option to submit a registration request to be added to the Voters' List.<\/p>\n<div class=\"clearfix block block-layout-builder block-field-blocknodetopic-detailtitle\">\n<div class=\"content\">\n<h2><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><span class=\"field field--name-title field--type-string field--label-hidden\">School Support Designation<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"clearfix block block-layout-builder block-field-blocknodetopic-detailfield-global-body\">\n<div class=\"content\">\n<div class=\"clearfix text-formatted field field--name-field-global-body field--type-text-long field--label-hidden field__item\">\n<p>Whether you own or rent your home, your property is linked to a school board \u2013 even if you don\u2019t have children or your children aren\u2019t currently attending school. While you\u2019re not required to make a designation, you do have the option to choose which school board you support. <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">If you don\u2019t make a choice, your support will default to the English-Public school board.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oshawa.ca\/city-hall\/elections\/find-your-ward\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Click HERE to Find Your Ward<\/span><\/a><\/h2>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oshawa.ca\/city-hall\/elections\/voters\/#advanced\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">When is advanced voting available?<\/span><\/a><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Advanced Voting begins on Oct 13th to Oct 23rd.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>During the advance voting period, electors can visit\u00a0<strong>any<\/strong>\u00a0Voter Assistance Centre to vote using\u00a0internet voting, receive voting assistance, be added to the voters' list, update their voter information, or obtain a replacement Voter Information Letter.
